Do you offer automatic watering systems?
Yes! We stock a range of automatic watering solutions and connectors to help keep your plants thriving, especially useful when you’re away or for busy plant parents.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fresh delivery. Please email us immediately if you need to make changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions due to phytosanitary regulations. Our checkout process will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two services:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, 15-25 business days via our eco-friendly EMS service
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Our Gloucester team carefully packages each plant with:
- Sustainable, protective materials
- Root protection systems
- Moisture control
- Climate-appropriate insulation when needed
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! For standard shipping, you’ll receive tracking updates via email. For EMS shipments, we’ll provide the tracking number once dispatched.
Are there seasonal shipping restrictions?
Some sensitive plants may have seasonal shipping limitations to ensure they arrive in perfect health. These will be clearly marked on product pages.
Returns & Guarantee
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We stand by our 15-day Happiness Guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please email photos to [email protected] within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Can I return plants I’ve changed my mind about?
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we can only accept returns if the plant arrives damaged or incorrect. Our team will happily advise on care if you’re struggling with your new green friend.
What about non-plant items?
Unused gardening accessories in original packaging can be returned within 15 days. Please contact us for return authorization.
International Orders
Do you handle customs documentation?
Yes! We include all necessary phytosanitary certificates and customs-friendly paperwork with international shipments. Some countries may require additional fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Why don’t you ship to some Asian regions?
Certain countries have strict biosecurity laws that make plant importation challenging. We’re constantly reviewing these regulations and may expand our shipping areas in future.
